These terms cover this website and the launch list. EmPure has not shipped yet, so there is no product, subscription or account being sold here today — just a marketing site and a way to be notified at launch.

Agreement to these terms
By using empure.org, including joining the launch list or submitting the contact form, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. EmPure LLC operates empure.org and may update these terms as described below.
What this site is
This site describes EmPure, a planned browser extension and app for managing what you follow across your accounts, and lets you join a launch list or contact us. EmPure has not launched. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell securities, a solicitation, a binding commitment about features, pricing, or a launch date, or a guarantee that any described feature will ship as described. Anything shown as a product screen, including the interactive example on the Features page, is an illustration of the concept, not a real platform interface, and no platform is named or endorsed.
Who can use this site
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to join the launch list or submit the contact form. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you give us and for keeping any confirmation link or account credentials you receive to yourself.
The launch list and contact form
Joining the launch list is free, requires no purchase, and uses double opt-in: we will not add you to anything until you confirm your email address. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. Submitting the contact form is voluntary and used only to respond to you. See the Privacy Policy for what we store and for how long.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to: submit false or fraudulent information; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its underlying systems; interfere with the site's normal operation, including by automated scraping, spamming the forms, or attempting to bypass their spam protections; or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The EmPure name, logo, and the text, design and illustrations on this site belong to EmPure LLC or its licensors, except where noted otherwise. You may view and share pages of this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse the site's design, illustrations, or content for a commercial purpose without our written permission.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site and the product evolve. If we make a material change, we will update the version number and date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
