Privacy Policy
The short version: we collect as little as we can get away with, we do not sell anything to anyone, and neither the extension nor the app watches you. The longer version follows.

Who we are
EmPure LLC operates empure.org and is the data controller for information collected through this site. You can reach us through the contact form.
What the website collects
If you join the launch list, we store your email address, the audience segment you chose, a timestamp, the page you were on when you signed up, and your consent to be contacted. That is the whole record.
If you use the contact form, we store what you typed into it so we can reply. If you accept analytics cookies, we collect aggregate usage statistics. If you reject them, we do not, and we delete any non-essential cookies already present.
What the extension and app collect
Nothing personal. EmPure requires no account and stores no personal data. It works on the list of sources an account follows, from your browser or the desktop app, at your request. It does not read private messages, it does not log your browsing, and it sends no report about your activity to us or to anyone else.
It gives no person remote control over another person's account. Every action is taken by the account holder, on their own device.
What we never do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
- We do not use your email for anything other than what you signed up for.
- We do not monitor, profile, or report on any individual's use of any platform.
- We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How long we keep things
Launch list entries are kept until you unsubscribe or until twelve months after launch, whichever comes first. Contact form messages are kept for twelve months. Unconfirmed sign-ups, where you never clicked the confirmation link, are deleted after thirty days.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form and we will respond within thirty days. Every email we send carries a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes one click with no confirmation questions.

Changes to this policy
If we change anything material, we update the version number above and, where the change affects consent, ask you again rather than assuming your old answer still applies.
