Being on the receiving end of someone else's scrolling is associated with lower relationship satisfaction and higher perceived stress. Those, in turn, track with worse sleep quality.

- One evening a week that does not depend on anyone else's mood.
- Someone to talk to who is not the person you are worried about.
- Permission to stop being the only one keeping track.
